Support for Young Scientist

1) IAG is sponsoring the Symposium according to the IAG Bylaws §29. The sponsoring includes travel awards for young scientists according to IAG's rules. The application must be done individually at the IAG website:

2) EGU is sponsoring the event and supports the participation of some young scientists* by waiving the payment of their registration fee.

Applicants are requested to send an email to get2016@theoffice.it  before  4th March 2016 with the following information:

  1. Motivation of the request
  2. copy of document certifying their status and age
  3. copy of the Abstract that has already been upoaded via this web site (link)

Applicants will receive an answer before 15th April 2016.
Please note that young scientists benefitting from this grant will have to cover travel and accommodation expenses by themselves.

*up to 40 years old in 2016.
